The Block Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase but if you don't, we're happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. The Block offers a 30-day return policy on unworn, unaltered products. Custom made orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. To return a product, you can contact or visit us. If you return a product, you will receive a refund in the same way you paid for it. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days. If you exchange a product, you will receive a new product and the shipping time will be set by our customer service.
Custom Made Orders
Custom made orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. This is because custom made orders are made to the specifications of the customer and cannot be resold. If you are not satisfied with your custom made order, you can contact The Block customer service to see if we can make any adjustments.
